Triple D Rules
No refunds will be allowed. However, you may change categories prior to the day of the race by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
No outside help from anyone except other racers. This means that there are no support crews of any kind allowed on the course (they can cheer and photograph – but not assist). The buddy system is a good way to do the longer version of this race for the first time.
You must contact the Race Director if you are dropping out of the race at any time (Zach Hodge – 563.590.3619)
Leave no trace. Take all garbage and waste with you and dispose of it when you finish.
If you leave the race course for some reason (food, water, bike repair), you must re-enter the course exactly where you left it or notify race officials that you are dropping out as soon as is feasible. **This does not apply to Poker Tour Bikers, as there is no set path to each Poker Stop - that is up to the rider.**
Stop at all intersections and obey all traffic laws. This is not a closed course race.
The course will be marked and maps will be provided. Bikers will traverse public and private snow machine trails for about the first 24 miles prior to landing on Heritage Trail for 33 miles then back to private trails for the last 10 miles. Runners and Skiers in 2018 will be entirely on Heritage Trail.
All Bikers are required to wear a helmet to participate in the event. If you will be out past dark, flashing red lights and front facing head lights are required.
Race cutoff times are as follows:

Bike Poker Tour: 8:00 PM (10 Hours)
Ultra Run/Ski: 6:00 PM (8 Hours)
Full Run/Ski: 6:00 PM (8 Hours)
